  • I got an AppleTV and hooked it up - same image on both HDMI ports.
  • For some reason unplugging the tv for only a half hour worked.
  • Getting into the BIOS setup screen is different for all computers, but you do so at initial boot, before Windows starts to load.
  • I followed the routine of unplugging the power, unplug all HDMI cables and waiting ~ 10 minutes and it worked.
