Reply julie January 25, 2017 at 6:57 am i have followed all the instructions and see my ATA drive in devmng only but it does not show partitions. After a 20-second rescan, my externals and my Hot-Swap Deck always appear. I've been searching online and have seen many things where it says to create new partitions, but from what I understand that will delete all the data on the existing drive, I am running a Sony VAIO.

The two drives that were internal in the old pc show up no problem, but the drive in question is not mounted and shows on the disks menu; however it appears or not letting me to click on it.
