My LG G4 was suddenly not being recognised by my pc, I had to reinstall the driver, windows did it automatically when I followed your instructions. The only two available options when right click are Properties and Help. How can the OS only see two drives??? I first deleted the volume and formatted it. Also, there are some good format utilities out there that helped me solve the problem.
