Dual Monitors Causing Issues With Each Other


Never had issues before, but then again I have always used a port replicator. Installing and replacing Windows 7 hardware Upgrading Windows 7 hardware for maximum performance Adding and removing Windows 7 hardware Installing and troubleshooting multiple monitors for Windows 7 Detect didn't work, changing display settings to "Extend" didn't work. Tried running it as low as possible, with both monitors running as low as they could get to, and sadly the stutter is still there.
