There's totally NO difference to opening your machine and swapping the HDD's each time you want to use a different HDD. Those of you on here that have had luck, kudos to you. Appreciate your input!

Is there something similar in 8.1? DPC Latency Checker- Unfortunately it doesn't work correctly with Windows 8, but I just downloaded LatencyMon 6.00 which does the same test I believe. I have no experience with Macs other than iPad. So I think it really all depends on what you do.
